3 big ideas discussed in this episode:

  • Everything in our life involves a relationship. And the most important relationship we have is the one we have with ourselves. So it’s totally up to us to make it strong and productive!
  • Relationships affect the bottom line. Companies call consultants in because their bottom line is suffering. Yet, their chaos is always due to relationships that have gone awry.
  • If people don’t feel empowered, their personal and professional relationships will be dysfunctional. They will be “less than” kinds of partners, and unproductive employees.
