How To Gain Trust

There may be one thing you are saying to potential clients that causes them to not trust you…and you may not even realize you are saying it. 

Whenever a you give a presentation to a potential client or respond to a prospect and begin by saying, “To be honest with you” — it comes across to the prospect that normally the you might be is dishonest but this time you is going to make an exception and be honest with him/her.

 

 

Instead say something like, To be frank with you… or To be completely candid with you…

To attract clients we want to create an environment where they know, like and trust you…this may help you to build trust quicker
