- Life is not “Hard”
- Difference between Motivation, Inspiration, and Aspiration
- Giving Back (Scholarship Foundation)
It takes a lot of courage to follow your dreams and aspirations, but life is really all about giving back. You can’t be happy if you keep trying to make others happy.
There are many ways for you to do this. This episode will give you three tips on how to start living the life that you want today – without any excuses or blame games.
There is a difference between Motivation, Inspiration, and Aspiration.
What’s the difference between motivation and inspiration? Is it like a light switch that you can turn on or off? The answer is no – these two words are often used interchangeably because they sound very similar but have different meanings.
So what does “motivation” mean? Motivation is the internal force that drives people to pursue their goals. It’s what gets you out of bed in the morning, or keeps you going when faced with obstacles and hardships on your journey.
Motivating others can be difficult because sometimes we don’t know how someone else needs us to support them – it will vary from.
What is inspiration? Inspiration is being able to draw from one’s life experiences, observations and feelings to create – whether it’s art or a new product.
What is the difference between inspiration and aspiration? Aspiration means that you want something more than what you have in your current situation. It doesn’t need to be tangible either – as long as there is ambition behind it, anything.
Aspiration is about clear goals and objectives. Setting tangible, measurable goals that have a start and an end.
It’s about taking action – so you don’t just want to be the richest person in the world, but instead set out on specific steps of becoming rich through investing or starting your own business.
This is why we work hard for our dreams, because life is really about finding out what your true direction and aspirations can lead you.
It’s about giving back when you have the luxury of knowing just how difficult life can be. It is not hard, it’s about choices. And that one choice – your goal to aspire for something more than what you currently have – will lead to a better quality of living for yourself and those around you.
