Episode 247: Interview with Dean Adams


Dean Adams was a scrawny kid who weighed ninety-five pounds when he entered high school. He ate tons of sugar and processed foods throughout his adolescence. Also, he suffered from asthma in his twenties, enduring several horrifying asthma attacks. He started doing research on how food relates to respiratory function and discovered that certain foods trigger asthma and asthma attacks.

He slowly changed his diet and within weeks the breathing started to get better. Within a short amount of time, he was able to completely get rid of his asthma, with no breathing issues in over thirty years. He became an avid runner and bike rider with great endurance. And in the last fifteen years he has been sick with mild flu and colds for only about thirty days. When he was forty-three, he also entered a National Physique competition through Max Muscle Nutrition Corporation and took first place in his age group which featured him in their book and advertisement material for years.

Dean continues to stay very healthy with his diet and maintains low body fat. He has always enjoyed sharing knowledge and helping people with their health and well-being to this day.
