3 big ideas discussed in this episode:
- The 5 signs you know you need a pause – at work.
- How to be ok in the “unknown” before, during, or after a pause.
- Types of pauses you can have / take – daily pauses, digital device pauses, micropauses. I call a pause any intentional shift in behavior – going off autopilot to have more conscious pausing is a big step to leading a more meaningful and satisfied life.
