Georges Córdoba:
For nearly twenty years, Georges Córdoba has dedicated a good part of his time to serving the neediest through social projects in Miami, Florida. Projects such as help for children with AIDS, support of children shelters administered by the Florida State Department of Social Services, coordinating groups for purchase and distribution of water and food for people living on the streets, and leading ministries dedicated to bringing people closer to God. Georges is a former NCAA division one tennis athlete and a top-ranked player in Venezuela. He is an advocate piano player, runner, and family man. He is a survivor of advanced cancer and, as he expresses, “radically changed the purpose of my existence. It gave me the chance to sing the song I was born to sing.” As he battled the disease, he joined the Road to Recovery program of the American Cancer Society. He is a founding member of QualeVita, LLC, (Quality of life). In this book, Georges describes, step by step, his journey through holistic health to overcome advanced cancer.
